The best part about this recipe and a series of others I created this spring is that they really aren’t recipes. These talk-through recipes are a casual conversation I have from my kitchen to yours. These aren’t things you can mess up so enjoy the process and follow your taste buds.
Toast four slices of bread on both sides.
Top one piece of toast with half an avocado, cilantro and parsley. Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with lime juice and olive oil.
Top the second piece of toast with tahini and sliced radishes. Garnish with salt, sesame seeds and a drizzle of olive oil.
Top the third piece of toast with pesto. Top with burrata cheese, black pepper, and olive oil or sliced radishes, arugula and shaved fennel.
