Seven Layer Dip

Seven Layer Dip
Serves 6-8

This is a modern Mexican dip, that I wouldn’t even call Mexican… since it’s an all purpose, all loving, not-too-spicy, pairs-with-everything type of dip. I personally love it with Josh Cellars Cabernet, cuts right through that burrata.

White bean puree
Pico de gallo or salsa
Sour cream
Spicy greens
Jalapeno slices
Cilantro leaves
Hot sauce

In a glass dish layer desired amount of each layer. As a final hooray break burrata over and serve with chips or crusty bread.
