Baked Feta

Baked Feta

There are few party dishes easier than this. Inspired by some big fat Greek family I know (yes, they’re all really like the movie and it’s amazing) this dish can be a blank canvas for the season. Preheat your oven, top with whatever you have on hand (think about hitting the salty, sweet, savory and fresh elements) and each with crackers – or a fork.

1 block of feta
1 bunch grapes
Few sprigs of herbs (such as thyme or tarragon)
Zest of a lemon
Extra virgin olive oil

Preheat oven to 375° F. Place feta in an ovenproof vehicle, such as a pan or serving dish. Season with desired amount and type of ingredients and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly. It won’t melt all the ways so don’t worry.

Serve with crackers or bread.
